About Me

I am an IT engineer with over 10 years experience in a deskside support role, working in corporate environments such as IBM, Sony and Zurich. While working at these well known companies I have supported many different operating systems like Windows 95, 98, Windows NT, 2000, XP and Windows Vista and 7. I have also supported the basic user who just wants to send emails and use Microsoft office to the more technical user who would use programs specific to their job like autocad and photoshop.

Throughout my IT career I have owned or used different makes and models of desktop’s and laptop’s like Dell, Lenovo, Compaq etc... as well as using an array of different peripherals such as printer’s, scanner’s and camera’s

Having supported such a wide variety of Desktop’s, Laptop, Operating Systems, People and Application I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from when resolving issues with computers.
